Pros:
They seem to be trying but don't want to listen. They send out Techs quickly.
Cons:
Tech lied, They never gave me warranty info. I asked for them to mail me the info over a week ago, but is hasn't arrived. Couldn't find info on Carolina website.

Filed complaint. They sent out a Tech. He didn't do anything but pick up mattress to check bed rails (bed I bought from them). I had him sit on both sides to feel the difference. He did not do any measuring. When I received their report - he LIED about measuring and condition of bed. I have another appt. with another Tech next week.
